Police ticketed the hulk and� he moved it <br />to his driveway where he worked on it for awhile and finally <br />towed it away. Pgr. Angell was issued a business license by the <br />City for sale of 4 X 4 Suspension parts. That license�Y �vas . <br />closed out by the City January 1984. He has no license but he <br />. . <br />continues to bring in old hulks and works on them, a clear <br />violation of 869-82, an ordinance adopted by the Council in <br />June of 1982. <br />He continues to throw the dog feces into his garbage cans <br />and holds his garbage for four weeks or more even after he v�as <br />told by the County Health Department and he agreed to dump his <br />garbage every week or at least not more then every other week. <br />This has made an excellent breeding area for all the rats that <br />most of the neighbors have caught and/or seen, not to mention <br />the smell and flies. <br />bSr. and Dlrs. Angell continue to defy the laws, rules and <br />regulations that the rest of us in this neighborhood abide Uy. <br />Also the Angells are violating our protective covenants for <br />this area.
