Grout flow restrictor penetration. <br />C. Provide locking lid per plan. <br />/ <br />3. Sanitary Sewer, provide a cap for the clean out pipe. <br />p'.. 4. Provide an enclosure for the trash container per the plan. <br />-5. Highway Place Water Line, <br />_Vi a. Road shoulders, grade so slopes are uniform and drain to roadway <br />edge. <br />h. At 5712, shape the ditch and open culvert entrance under driveway. <br />C. Remove exposed chunks of asphalt from shoulders. <br />Regarding the late -comers agreement, we are in reed of the following items <br />ner the Administrative Guidelines: <br />A. 5.A.1 - As -built drawings <br />- Copy executed occupancy permit <br />- Added costs: our records indicate 510 L.F. of additional cutting <br />was required, su5stantiate the 790 L.F. you were charged with. <br />Also, the rate of $2.50 per L.F. for cutting is considerably higher <br />than normal market prices. <br />- Provide a maintenance bond of 10% - the final approved construction <br />costs. <br />B. 7 - Provide in due time, a notarized affidavit that all ornperty owners <br />have been notified of agreement and council date. <br />Please review your 1-ate Comers Agreement and Guidelines for any last minute. <br />details ,vhich you may need dofined.
