Under items listed for completion for the Occupancy Permit, we have completed all but one, and on this particular one would like to have an on -site inspection and evaluation of this particular requirement. It is in regard to item #1. We believe in complet- ing this item tnat it would create a very restrictive situation for those parking under the building and would create more problems than it would cure. So we would appreciate meeting with you or one of your staff to get your views on this matter. As a final note in response to item #3 on the list, we would like to mention that there already is a cleanout and inspection cap directly in front of parking stall #5. Under the items listed to complete for the Latecomers Agreement, there is need to comment about a point made under Item A (ADDED COSTS). This came about as a result of an oversight of our survey engineers. On there completed drawing set they had loca- ted the water line just outside the blacktop, necessitating only a minimal amount of asphalt cutting. As the problem emerged though, we found that the only option available to us was to construct the entire line 3' into the blacktop area. This now required the additional 510' cut. I believe that Reuben can ver- ify this for us. Therefore, we had the additional cost for this additional cutting. We hope this information will be sufficient in resolving some of the small items.
