LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 15, Block 1, Beverly Hills Division 04, according to <br />nlat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 97, records of Snohomish <br />County, Washington. <br />2. SITE PLAN: Included <br />3, PHYSICAL SETTING OF PROPOSAL. Vacant lot, slightly wooded to the East with <br />fir trees and the normal undergrowth of the area. The old house that was <br />once on the premises has been removed. This lot borders on a golf course to <br />the East. Directly to the South there is a building of exactly the same use <br />as this proposal. Directly to the North there is a vacant lot that is heavily <br />wooded on its Eastern half (back). <br />4. PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS: The one or two trees of any consequence will be <br />removed unless they can be incorporated into the landscaping of the site. <br />There will also be the normal amount of excavation in relation to the <br />construction of a project of this size.
