The following factors were considered and the listed requirements placed in response to comments received from various City departments after their review of an Environmental Checklist for this proposal. 1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, and all required improvements to the pub.�c right-of-way.
