A request for <br />a one year extension of this Determination of Non -Significance <br />maybe made to the Planning Director prior to the expiration <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: The proposed action is Issuance of Building and <br />Public Works permits to allow the construction of a 36-unit apartment complex <br />consisting of two buildings, two stories in height on a 30,000 sq. ft. site. <br />PROPONENT: O'Connor and Oehler Construction, Inc. <br />9210 Evergreen Way <br />Everett, WA 98204 <br />LOCATION OF PROPOSAL: 5711 Highway Place <br />Lead Agency: City of Everett Planning Dept. <br />Contact Person: Mary Cunningham Phone: 259-8731 <br />Mitig3 Lion Measures: <br />The environmental impacts of this propot .l are documented in the Environmental <br />Checklist and other information on file with the City. The listed <br />requirements are placed in response to our review of this information: <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />1. Ten percent of the lot area shall be provided as useable open space oil <br />recreation area (SEPA Recreation Policy). <br />2. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas shall be provided (SEPA <br />Aesthetics Policy). <br />3. A six-foot high sight obscuring fence must be provided along the entire <br />north and south property line to provide project separations.
