From that date forward,
my client was the owner in fact of said house. No notification
was ever made to my client of your client's claimed interest.
It is our contention that when the house was separated from
the real estate and moved from its original foundation, the
same became the property of K 6 J Construction, who then had
authority to sell the same. You nowhere put your claim of
interest or right of reversion (if such is the right term)
of record as notice to purchasers for value. My client is
a bona fide purchaser for value.
It would be my recommendation that all parties attempt to
meet to see if the matter can be resolved amicably. If the
same cannot be amicably resolved, expensive litigation
obviously will follow, to the financial detriment of all
parties concerned.
Sincerely yours,
JORDAN, BRINSTER, TEMPLEMAN S
RYAN, P.S.
By JOSEPH H.
