Box 1531 <br />Everett, WA 98206 <br />and <br />K & J " onstruction <br />19250 Aurora Avenue <br />Seattle, WA 98133 <br />RE: 5711 Highway Place <br />Legal description of the above -described property which is situated in the <br />County of Snohomish: <br />Block 1, Lots 18, 19, 20 and 21; Plat of Beverly Hills, Division 4 <br />I. <br />The City of Everett Building Official has found the building which is located on <br />the above -described property to be a dangerous building. The following violations of <br />Section 302 of the 1979 Edition of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous <br />Buildings render the building a dangerous building: <br />1. Section 302(3) - Due to the placement of the house on the timbers, the <br />stress is more than one and one-half times the stress allowed under the Building Code. <br />In fact, the building is separating due to the stress. <br />2. Section 302(5) - The building is presently on timbers and could become <br />dislodged therefrom injuring persons or damaging property or both. <br />3. Section 302(8) - The building has been removed from its foundation and <br />placed on timbers placing it in a situation where it might collapse. <br />4. Section 302(10) - The structural members lean to such an extent that a <br />plumb line passing through the center of gravity does not fall inside the middle <br />one-third of the base. <br />I <br />I <br />
