All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building code, as
amended by the State of Washington and/or the Washington State Energy Code, 2001 edition, unless
noted otherwise.
This review does not cover submitted mechanical, spriniker, electrical or plumbing documents — these
permits must be obtained separately and may require further review and submission of plans.
In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the
Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested.
1) The plans should note that approved automatic fire alarms are required for each building. City of
Everett Ord 1902-02 §1,199_>
2) The Occupancy type as noted on Sheet 6 should be revised to R-1 and U-1.
