These comments address building issues only. Additional <br />revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning <br />or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Unifor,n Building Code, as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1994 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />General <br />The code information (area, occupancy, type of const., etc) should be provided <br />separately for each apartment building in the Project Data section as two separate <br />permits are being obtained. <br />2. To qualify as a basement, 50% or more of the ground surface adjacent to the <br />under-floor space should be less than or equal to 6 feet from the top of the first <br />story floor level.
