The original appliceHon was submitted August 17, 1999, and we <br />received a correction letter dated November 1, 1999. We have not yet responded to the cortection <br />letter. It is our understanding that the pertnit application may expire 180 days aRer our last <br />correspondence. <br />The project is currentty undergoing a"value engineering" process which may resutt in some changes <br />to the shuctur�l and arohitectural elements of the buildings. We will be addressing Me iasues in the <br />cortection noHce while making Me cost-saving revisions to the drawings. We do not anticipale <br />significant code-related changes to the buildings, but would like our resubmittal M be as complete <br />and accurate as possible. We are hoping to submit our response letter and cortected drawings within <br />Me next couple of months. <br />I will call you to verify that our building permit application will not be cancelled if we are unable ro <br />respond to the correction letter by May 1, 2000.
