VII <br />Permittee will return premises to the City of Everett in the same <br />condition received. <br />Vlll <br />If permittee fails to perform any of the conditions of this permit, <br />the City may immediately terminate the permit. Further, the City may <br />at any time, upon the giving of two months' notice to the permittee, terminate <br />the permit without any default of the Permittee. <br />1X <br />Permittee shall not commence occupancy until he has furnished <br />certified copies of policies of insurance required hereunder to assure <br />protection of the City in accordance with the hold harmless provision herein. <br />Such insurance shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney, <br />Permittee shall maintain during the life of this Permit a comprehensive <br />liability policy which shall provide blanket bodily injury liability and property " <br />damage liability insurance, and automobile bodily injury liability and property <br />damage liability insurance. This insurance shall provide coverage to the <br />permittee and to the City, as an additional named insured, for liability arising <br />out of the permittee's use of the property and the aforestated hold harmless <br />provision. Insurance limits shall be as follows: <br />Bodily injury liability insurance for limits of not less <br />than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($ 100, 000. 00) <br />for each person for bodily injury, sickness or disease, <br />including death resulting therefrom, sustained by any <br />person or persons; and for limits of not less than Three <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300, 000. 00) for each occurrence. <br />Property Damage liability insurance (automobile) for limits <br />of not less than Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50, 000. 00) for <br />each occurrence. <br />X <br />Permittee shall place no signs or advertizing on the property, <br />except as approved by the City. <br />Page 2 <br />.,. <br />
