Therefore, in accordance with the City of Everett Municipal Code, <br />Chapter 37.080, it is our opinion the recommended setback buffer of 25 feet can be reduced to <br />15 feet from the top of the slope provi��ed the following recommendations are implemented: <br />• The slope is not be modified; <br />• Any disturbed areas along slope face should be revegetated with appropriate species of <br />piant; <br />• No surface water should be allowed to flow over the top of the slope, and; <br />• Best management practices (BMPs) be implemented in accordance with City of Everett <br />development standards. <br />ESNW should review the final site designs to confirm appropriate geotechnical parameters <br />have been incorporated into designs and to provide supplemental recommendations as <br />appropriate. <br />LIMITATIONS <br />The recommendations and conclusions provided in this geotechnical summary letter are <br />professional opinions consistent with the levei of care and skill that is rypical of other members <br />in the profession currently practicing under similar conditions in this area.
