Therefore, we <br />want to reduce the buffer. <br />Included in this submittal is the Jay Group Hollowdale Impact Areas Changes Memo. <br />This memo describes the actual location of the houses. <br />If the changes are approved, then I will show you a revised Critical Areas Protective <br />Covenant. Prior to - cording thc revised Critical Areas Protective Covenant, I will verify <br />that all tlie recommended plantings are installed behind the split rail fence.
