The <br />fdlowing is a summary d changes in impads and mitigatlon plan. <br />1. The new buiFer line, to allow for a 15 fool BSBL on the westem buMding is 50 feet Trom the wetland, <br />and therefore meets the criteria in EMC 37.100.E. The reduced buffer w(dtli is not less than 5096 of <br />fhe standard buflex, as required. <br />2. The new area of impact is 992 SF, and is fully oompensated by buffer averaging of 1,878 SF <br />additional NGPA at the south end of the WoPerly. The reduoed bulfer is also to be fuly enhanoed, <br />with 1.760 SF oi plantings. This represerris a greater tlian 3:1 mitigaUon ratio. <br />3. The miHgation area of 1,760 SF is to be moved slightly to fhe south, wflhin lhe buffer restaation <br />area nearest the trees. Approximately 15 FT width d the buffer PlaMings are to be moved badc <br />from the BSBL line, within the area previously labeled &ilfer Resloratio� Are�a• <br />4. The change in site plan, when coupled with the mitlgati�on plan, will not result in a decrease in <br />functions and values at ihe stte. This s'de is being restaed from a degraded oaMitiai in the <br />process of this development. <br />5. The mitigatbn plaMing plan is enGosed.
