Completely enclosed within a buildinq in a lawful <br /> manner where it is not visible from the street or other <br /> public or private property; or <br /> 2. Stored or parked in a lawful manner on private property <br /> in connection with the business of a licensed <br /> dismnntler or licensed vehicle dealer, fenced accordinq <br /> to the provisions of RCW 46.80.130. <br /> To correct these violations, please return the structure at 2401 <br /> East Grand to ite lawfully permitted use as a single family <br /> structure, remove the wrecked, dismantled or inoperative vehicle <br /> from the property or store it out of public view, and remove all <br /> junk, trash, discarded furnture, household furnishings, old <br /> lawnmowers, and other similar materials from the side and rear <br /> yards of this property on or before ?.pril 5, 1993. <br /> The failure to abate these nuisances by the date specified above <br /> will lead to further enforcement which would include the city <br /> abatinq the nuisances by removal, impound, or dispoeal and <br /> billing the costs to you.
