Ray Alderman have dropped off your Jetter of November 3rd which as I understand it was hand de- livered to them by you on the evening of that date. In the meantime I have been attempting to reach Mr. Thomson to no avail and I have also been referred to Mr. Sellers, another attor�ney. As you are probably aware I am the attorney of record and have been representing Stratford Estates, Ltd. , a Canadian corporation which holds the first mortgage on the sub,ject property. So that there exists no misunderstanding, I am outlining the parties and interests to this property and their respective attorneys: i Trustee in Bankruptcy of Home Care, Inc./Carsten Johnsen; c/o Arthur S . In the shor� time available to me I have attempted to locate the above named players and their representatives to � determine whether or not any notice was given to any�one concern- ing the City Council' s action on August 20th re�arding demolition � of thi.s property. The best I have been able to determine is that perhaps Dr. Forbes was given notice of these proceedings; but that no one else was. ;
