The application is for the approval of a Special <br /> Propeci:y Use Permit for the purpose of allowing a day <br /> care facility on property located at 2412 East Grand, <br /> Everett, Washington. The application is for the pu�pose , <br /> of bringing within the Zonin9 Code the day care facility <br /> for 12 children that exists on the site. It is also the <br /> intent of the Applicant to have an expansion of the <br /> structure to allow foc a pre-school/day care facility <br /> for up to 30 children. <br /> 2. In urdec for a Special Property Use Permit to be granted <br /> within the City of Everett, the criteria as set forth in <br /> Section 19. 58 .0108 must be met. 'Ihis application has <br /> met that criteria. <br /> 3. The day care facility on site is compatible with othec <br /> uses and potential uses within the general acea. The <br /> opecation has been in existence foc two yeacs and there <br /> appeats to be no conflicts with the use of the propecty <br /> as a day cace f.acility and the other uses. <br /> 4 . No adverse environmental impacts will occur with the <br /> development of the subject property. <br /> 5 . There is a public need for use and the proposed use <br /> included within the expansion of the facility. <br /> 6. The Everett Flanning Department has recommended approval <br /> of the pcoposed Special Prcperty Use Permit subject to <br /> the conditions listed in Finding M14 . <br /> DECISION <br /> Based upon the preceding Findings of Facts and Conclusions, <br /> testimony and evidence submitted at the public heariny , and <br /> upon the impressions of the Everett Hearing Examincr up�n a <br /> site view, it is hereby ordered that the requested Special <br /> Property Use Permit foc the allowance of a day cace facility <br /> for up to twelve children with a possible future expansion for <br /> a pre-school/day care faci2ity foc up to 30 childr.en on <br /> property at 2412 East Grand Avenue, Evecett, Washington , is <br /> granted subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1.
