Pursuant to the exceptions from the standards (EMC <br /> 19.7.020.K), the Applicant seeks to construct a 528 square foot detached garage to a <br /> height of 18' 2". <br /> A hearing on the request was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on <br /> October 5, 2006.
