I indicated tliat we had tried to cooperate with him in y 0 y every sense of the word and we expected some cooperation trom him � in return. �'., ? Since then there have been meetings with Mr. McKee at which we have �;F r' requested of him to perform certain functions such as obtaining ,�1�' building permits and having inspections done of the work accomplished. The last meeting with Mr. McKee was in June of this year at which time � �-' he once more agreed to comply with our request to tal:e out permits .,;,;��p ; for at least the one unit that is occupied. It was requested that he have inspections made on the heating and plumbing systems. That way, if everything met with our requirements, we could authorize occupancy of the unit being lived in. � To this date Mr. McKee has nct complied with any requests made by '�' our department since I initiated action i�� November of 1931 . �� I feel that we have given Mr. McKee more than enough time as well as latitude to cooperate with us in this matter. I would like to ��1 proceed with abatement at this time but prior to doing so I wanted , ' to let you know what has transpired so far.
