Grand At 9:00 a.m. this morning, Larry Callahan, Doug Budden, Norm Vanderpool , Electrical Inspector, and I arrived at 2528 E. Grand for an inspection of the structure. Mr. Greene �ame out to greet the inspectors and as we were walking around the outside of the structure, Mr. McKee arrived on the scene. �uring the inspection Mr. McKee said he did not want any of us � to become separated and became•very upset when Mr. Greene had '�1 taken the Electrical Inspector to the service panels and the : rest of us walked into a unit of the structure to look around. ��' He yelled at us to come back into the entry until Mr. Greene � arrived back. He was herding us like animals. � � I took, some pictures during the inspection and Mr. Mc..�e was ��' upset over that. He said that pictures could be very detrimental . , 1 During the inspection it was noted that Mr. Greene not only ' occupied one dwelling unit but in fact occupied the following units: �' Lower Level : �� - The kitchen in the northeast unit ��1 Upper l evel : �� - Living room in the northeast unit '_1 - Bathroom in the southeast unit - Bedroom in the southeast unit ' During the in:pection it was noted that there had been further --- deterioration !11' th2 structure. Several windows are broken exposing the interior to iF,e elements.
