The slope ia low anqle to the� eoutheast, and aurf- <br /> ace water drainaqe appeara to flow southarly alonq the roadside. <br /> The westerly s 1 /3 of the parcel slopes gently to the west, ia <br /> cleared, and bounded by residantial structurea ta the north and <br /> � south. <br /> Tha central portion of the parcel is an easterly facing aideslope <br /> with a trend followinq the floodplain of the Snohomish Rivar. It <br /> is qenerelly ateep, with some scarp and toe development evident in <br /> - tha topoqraphy. I* is vegetated with biqleaf maple and an under- <br /> story of Himalayan blackberry.
