Marcin McCabe of our office visited the site and examined the <br /> topogmphic and geologic conditions in the vlc3nity. At the rear of the site was s natural stope <br /> approximately 80 to 90 feet in hei�ht with an inclination of roughly 0.75 horizontal to 1.0 • <br /> vertical. 7he surface o£the slope waa heavily vegetated. <br /> An existing garoge at the site was loCated approximately 3 to 5 Feet from the crest of the <br /> slope.
