You also agreed to repair the structure <br /> and obtain the necessary permits on or before <br /> September 1� 1974. <br /> tdy last inapection of the building, on September 31, <br /> 19�4 , revealed that the structure is open to the public <br /> and presents a dangeroua attraction to neighborhood <br /> children. I also noted that there have been no permits <br /> issued, or applied for, to repair the structure. <br /> I rrill withhold further action on the raatter for a 15 <br /> day period to allow you to respond.
