This action was taken because of housing and building <br /> code violations that present a threat to health and safety of the <br /> public. <br /> As we have been unable to imqrooe the situation by negotiation <br /> with the owner, I desire to refer the matter to the City Council <br /> at the regular scheduled meeting of January 22, 1975. <br /> � <br />
