The residence also fails to comply with the five-foot (5') interior <br /> side setback from the south property line. It appears a staircase was added to the main <br /> residence sometime after December 1, 1956. Therefore, the staircase can not be <br /> certified as legal nonconfortning. <br /> The lot also fails to meet minimum lot width as established by the zoning code. Although � � <br /> the lot has not been formally certified as legal non-confortning, the issue has been <br /> addressed in this review. <br /> Refer to the attached site plan, provided by the property awner, for information regarding <br /> specific building setbacks, building height, and building dimensions. <br /> Decisfon: I hereby find that the use and setbacks for the above structure(s)are <br /> recognized as legal non-conforming and meet the City of Everett Zoning Code in effect <br /> at the time of construction.
