I am the contractor on the job at 1527 Grand Ave. permit#B7212-002. It has ccme to my attention that the historical review board has made some recommendations and I wanted to clarity that my exact design is exactly what they recornmended except i am using pressure treated 4x4's and wrapping them with cedar to make them closer to 6 inches instead of using 6x6's. Everything else i am going to do exactly like they recommended. i apologize that my stair detail drawing was not detailed enough.
