2) The building located upon the subject property is a dangerous building a.�.defined in <br /> Sections 16.12.080(B)(5), 16.12.080(Bx12), 16.12.080(B)(17), 16.12.O8Q(Bx18)and <br /> 16.12.080(C) of the Evcrett Municipal Code. <br /> 3) The conditions at the subject property endanger life, limb,health,property, safety <br /> and/or welfarc of the public and the occupants. <br /> 4) The conditions at the subject property are a public nuisance, as defined in Sxtions <br /> 16.08.060(A) and 16.12.050(A)of the Everett Municipai Code, that shall be abated as <br /> provided herein. <br /> 5) Pursuant to Chapters 1.20, 16.08 and 16.12 of the Everett Municipal Code, the <br /> Violations Heazing Examiner has jurisdiction over this matter and parties. <br /> ORDER <br /> Based on the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law read into the record at the <br /> September 30, 1999 hearing of the above matter, the following Order is issued: <br /> 1) The building located at 1918 Grand Avenue, Everett, Washington shall be either <br /> repaired or demolished in accordance with all cutrent Buiiding Code requiremmts <br /> and all other applicable City of Everett codes. <br /> 2) If the building is to be repaired, all required pertnits must be securod therefor and the <br /> work physically commenced no later than September 30, 1999. All work must be <br /> completed no later than November 28, 1999. Repair shall be completed in <br /> accordance with current Building Code requirements and all other applicable City of <br /> Everett Codes. Any and a!!permits issued regarding repair of�be buildixg ore <br /> subject to 1he tinee limits set jor/h he►ein. <br /> 3) If the building is to be demolished, all required pertnits must be secured therefor and <br /> the work physically commenced no later than September 30, 1999. Even if said <br /> pertnits are not secured demolition must be completed no later than November 28, <br /> 1999. Demolition shall be completed in accordance with all applicable City of <br /> Everett codes and regulations and in accordance with any requirements of the <br /> Snohomish Heaith District regarding pest e�adication. Any and al[permits isswed <br /> regarding demolition oj�he bui/ding are subjecr to the tiine li►nits set jor:h herein. <br /> 4) Since the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it must be vacated and <br /> remain vacated from the period of time commencing September 30, 1999, and the <br /> building must be kept secured from unauthorized entry until such time as the building <br /> is repaired in accordance with all current building Code requirements and all other <br /> applicable City of Everett codes or demolished.
