Comprehensive Plan - Thc proposed Binding Site Plan, site plan and other application infortnation <br /> proposcd for development shall be consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan policies and land <br /> usc map. <br /> FindinQs: Tlie Everett Comprchensivc Plan designates this arca as l.o, Multiple Family at 20 - 29 <br /> dwellings per gross acre. The proposed density is approximately 21 units per acre. Zoning <br /> standards have been adopted which implement the policies of the Everett Comprehensive Plan. With i <br /> the proposed modifications, the proposal is consistent with Zoning Code standazds. <br /> Conclusions: The proposed Binding Site Plan is consistent with the Fve.rett Comprehensive Plan. <br /> 2.
