The project was reviewed <br /> lhrough the SEPA process and a Final Mitigated Determination of NonsigniFicance was <br /> issued on April 5, 1999. In addition the project was approved for a Modification of <br /> Multiple Family Standards, Modification o(Retaining Wall Height, and a Steep Slope <br /> Aiteration. In order to proceed with review of the building permit application the foilowing <br /> informalion will need to be provided. This information is only that which is required by <br /> the Planning Depariment; oli�er City departmenls and agencies may require additional <br /> information, once they commence their review. <br /> 1. Special construction is required in order to ensure that interior noise leveis do not <br /> exceed �5dBA. Construction must include the sound altenuation measures <br /> includeo in the December 23, 1998 letter from JR Engineering (copy of which is <br /> on file with the City). Please provide a letter summarizing how ihe sound <br /> attenuation has been met on the proposed constru::tion plans on file with <br /> the City, including specific pages and details. <br /> 2. The City of Everett approved a Steep Slope Alteration application (REVII #6-99) <br /> on April 5, 1999. Several conditions of approval were contained in the decision <br /> document. These conditions shall be met on site, including the following: <br /> a) P copy of the final construction plans including grading and building <br /> plans, must be reviewed by David Evans and Associates to insure that <br /> the recommendations of the geotechnical report are adequately <br /> addressed in the building design. A written determination that the <br /> construction plans meet the requirements of the geotech�ical report <br /> must be submitted to the Planning Department prior to issuance of <br /> building permits. (Condition #2 REVII#6-99) <br /> b) Representatives of David Evans and Associates must monitor the site <br /> during excavation to ensure that the recommendations of the <br /> geotechnicai report are adequaiely implemented.
