The site plan submitted with the building permit <br /> application contains no on site recreation facilities. A solid wood fence must be provided along the south property lines adjacent to <br /> the parking area. The fence must be at least five feet in height above the grade, <br /> but cannot be higher than 42" above the top of the wall where the wall is more <br /> than six feet in height. The fence shown on Pg. CA—3 F calls out chain link; <br /> this fence will need to be changed to solid board.
