Consideration is given to: <br /> number ot atud�ntsj <br /> square footage per atudent as �andated by SPI; <br /> conatruation cort• per equare foot; <br /> inflationt <br /> and local contribution after state's portion is <br /> deducted. <br /> It the Everett School Di�trict wa•r r�que�ting mitigation <br /> ba�ed on capital con�truction costYs for unhoused stud�nts, <br /> thia project would generate 2.39 studenta and that would <br /> total $8,127.32 or $3,400.35 per atude�t. Horever, the <br /> Everett School Di�trict pa��ed a capital con�truction bond <br /> it�ue in February, 1990. It will be five to eeven years <br /> before all phaae■ of con�truction can be completed.
