The City would Iike to brinp this matter to your attention and make you awaro of ths hct that if this strueturo were to be damaged or destroyad, or if worlc were requirod in the third unit, pertnits may not be obtalned. If you feel that the Ci:y is missing aucial documentation to prova the existence of the third unit prior to February 1962, please bring this informatlon to our o�ce. A building pertnk has been applied for with the City of Everott Bufldinp Deparbnsnt for a remodel af the unit on the main floor. Sinca this is not the unit in questbn, the City wili go ahead and process this appl(callon, however future remodeis may not bs posslble if the issue of the third unk ic not resolved.
