This ardflcation was tor a two-unit sUudure, based upon the infortnation provided by yourself and on 81e wfth the City. It appears a third unit has been added to the structuro. Based upon the information provided by yourself and contained on file with the City, there dxs not appear to be suffident documentatlon to demonstrate the legality of the third unit. The City would like to bring this matter to your attenUon and make you aware oi the fad that if this structure were to be dameged or destroyed, or if work wete reGuired in the third unit, pertmts may nat be obtained. It you feel that the City is missing aucial documentation to prove the existence of the third unit prior to February 1962, piease bnng this information to our o�ce. Untll such time the shudure addrossed 2016 Orantl Avenue is considered as only a dupiex. The existence of the ihird unit appears to be a coda compliance matter. A bufiding permit has been applied for with the City of Eve: :t Buiklinp Departrnent br a remodel of the unit on the main floor. Since this is not the unit in question, the City will go ahead and process this application, hawever future remodeis may not be possible if the issue of the third unit is not resolved.
