Robertson <br /> 1948 Las Palmas Ln N177 <br /> Laughlin, NV 89029 <br /> RE: 2217 Grand Ave., Everett, Washington <br /> Dear Mr. Robertson: <br /> Snohomish County records indicate that you are of the owner of the following legally- <br /> described property: <br /> Plat of Everett, Block 482, Lots 9 & 10. <br /> Situated in the State of Washington, County of Snohomish, and City uf Everett. <br /> Commonly known as 2217 Grand Ave., Everett, Washington. <br /> The City of Everett Police Department submitted a report of drug use at this address <br /> and requested an inspection of the building. <br /> On January 19, 1994 the City of Everett Building Official, Code Compliance Officer, <br /> Linda Gough, and myself inspected the premises of this house and garage. We did not <br /> enter the house due to the report of drugs and drug paraphernalia within the building. <br /> 1'he inspecdon revealed several deficiencies whi�h may be deemed detrimental to <br /> occupants and or the public, as defined in the Uniform Housing Code and the Uniform <br /> Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. These conditions are considered <br /> sufficient to declare the buildings to be substandard and dangerous. <br /> Some of the deficiencies noted are listeci on the enclosed report. The deficiencies are <br /> sufficient to cause the buildings to be posted "Illegal to Occupy". Since the house is <br /> uninhabitable in its present condition, u shall remain vacant unhl such time as it is <br /> repaired in accordance with the cuttent Building Code or demolished. <br /> The garage must be cleared of all trash, vehicles, and debris. It must be secured from <br /> entry and remain secured until such time as it is repaired in accordance with the current <br /> Building Code or demolished.
