Robertson 1948 Las Palmas Ln N177 Laughlin, NV 89029 RE: 2217 Grand Ave., Everett, Washington Dear Mr. Robertson: Snohomish County records indicate that you are of the owner of the following legally- described property: Plat of Everett, Block 482, Lots 9 & 10. Situated in the State of Washington, County of Snohomish, and City uf Everett. Commonly known as 2217 Grand Ave., Everett, Washington. The City of Everett Police Department submitted a report of drug use at this address and requested an inspection of the building. On January 19, 1994 the City of Everett Building Official, Code Compliance Officer, Linda Gough, and myself inspected the premises of this house and garage. We did not enter the house due to the report of drugs and drug paraphernalia within the building. 1'he inspecdon revealed several deficiencies whi�h may be deemed detrimental to occupants and or the public, as defined in the Uniform Housing Code and the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. These conditions are considered sufficient to declare the buildings to be substandard and dangerous. Some of the deficiencies noted are listeci on the enclosed report. The deficiencies are sufficient to cause the buildings to be posted "Illegal to Occupy". Since the house is uninhabitable in its present condition, u shall remain vacant unhl such time as it is repaired in accordance with the cuttent Building Code or demolished. The garage must be cleared of all trash, vehicles, and debris. It must be secured from entry and remain secured until such time as it is repaired in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished. The garage has been posted "Unsafe" pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings.
