Inoperable Van parked in the garage, license BYM251. <br /> Violation: Chapter 46-40 E.M.C. which prohibits storage on any wrecked, <br /> dismantled, or inoperable vehicle upon any private property unless within an <br /> enclosed building out of view from public or private property. <br /> 2. Accumulation of junk, trash, litter, boxes, discarded lumber, salvage materials, <br /> abandoned, broken, or neglected machinery or equipment, appliances (e.g. <br /> refrigerators and freezers), discarded furniture, vehicle parts or other articles of <br /> personal propercy which aze discarded. <br /> Violation Section 8.20.020 E.M.C, which prohibits such accumuladons in any <br /> front, side or rear yard or vacant lot in the City. <br /> Your immediate attendon is necessary to remedy these conditions.
