The City of Everett Building Official has found the building on the above <br /> described property to be substandard. The following deficiencies re,nder the <br /> building W be su6standard and/or dangerous pursuant to SecGon 1001 of the <br /> Uniform Housing Code: <br /> 1. 1'he building is open to the public. <br /> 2. All vital systems, headng, plumbing and electrical have been destroyed. <br /> 3. The exterior of the building lacks protection from the elements. <br /> 5. 1'he chimney of the building is deteriorated. <br /> 6. The porch on the building is rotted, deteriorated with holes in the <br /> walking surface, and is cons�dered extremely hazardous. <br /> 7. The porch on the north side of the building leading to the steps of the <br /> sacond story is rotted, detcrioratAd unstable and sacks sufficient <br /> supports. The steps at the end of this porch arc mtted, deteriorated, <br /> unstable and lack sufficient support. This porch and steps are extremely <br /> hazardous. <br /> 8. 1'he sldrting around the building is iu ;�ue8 with the earth and is rotted. <br />
