The building has become an attractive nuisance to minor children who <br /> frequent the building, creating incidents which have drawn tlie atten6on <br /> of the Everett Police Dep�ment. <br /> 11. The building is a hazardous nuisance co the health, safety and welfar�e of <br /> the public. <br /> The building is rendered dangerous pursuant to the provisions of the <br /> Abacement of Dangerous Buildings Code, SecGon 302, noGng the following: <br /> 1• 'The building exists in violation of specific re�uirements a�plicable to <br /> such buildings provided by the building regula�ons of this �urisdiction, <br /> as specified in the Buildmg Code and Housing Code as adopted by <br /> Ordinance of this jurisdiction relating to the condidon of buildings. <br /> 2• The building is in such a condition as to cons6tute a public nuisancc <br /> lmown to the common law or in equity jurisprudence. <br /> II• The above-described building shall either be repaired in accordance with all <br /> current Building Code and other applicable codes or demolished. <br /> III. If the owners elect to repai� the building in accordance wfth the currem <br /> Building Code, all requir�d perm�ts must be sec�red therefore, and the work <br /> physically commenced within sizry ((p) �ys of the date of this Order. All <br /> work must be completed within ninety (90) days of the date of this Order. <br /> IV• If the owners elect to demolish the building, all required permits shall be <br /> secured therefore within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order. Such <br /> demolidon must be coropteted Within sixty (60) days from the date of thls <br /> OMer. <br /> V• Si�ce the building is uninhabitable in its present condition, it shall be kept <br /> secured from unauthorized entry and remain vacant unGl such time as the <br /> building is repaired in accordance with the current Building Codes or <br /> demolished, <br /> VI. If the requirements set forth in Paragraphs III, IV and V above are not <br /> �mP��� With, the City of Everett wilt order the boilding to remain vacated <br /> and Ptocead to cause the building to be demolished and chazge the costs <br /> thereof against the property and/or its owners. <br />
