If we proceed <br /> with abatement on this building we will have to perform a SEPA review. <br /> The neighbors have called several times regazding the place being such a blithe to the <br /> neighborhood. 1'he neighbors claim that the owner has been telling them for years that <br /> he intends to renovate the coming summer. They, the neighbors, were upset when they <br /> found out we gave him some extra time after isswng the Notice and Order in October <br /> last year. <br /> Any augqestions at this time would be greatly appreciated. <br /> � <br />
