During the conve�sation, Mr. Thompson stated that he intended <br /> to renovate this building beginning in the Spring or Summer of 1994. The city agreed <br /> to postpone proceeding with abatement of the building to give Mr. Thompson the <br /> opportunity to begin work as stated provided that the building was kept secured. Since <br /> then, the butlding was monitored and on June 30th and July 19th, the building has been <br /> open to the public. <br /> Because the building, in its present condition, is a hazardous nuisance to the health, <br /> safety, and welfare of the publ�c, and no renovation �roe�es; ;: �nDarent, the Ciry of <br /> Everett must proceed with abatement of the building. <br /> On August 15, 1994 the Ciry of Everett Buiiding Offici°, ^::!� i•:,ue a Supplemental <br /> Nodce and Order to demolish or repair the building and proceed with abatement of the <br /> situation. <br /> If you have any question reguding this matter, you may call me at 259-8810. <br /> Si�rely, � <br /> / <br /> �i,�,.tyy,, , !�/,�—_. <br /> dvlarian G.
