The attached 2 sets of drawings have been revised as requested based on the 2009 International <br />Residential Code (IRC). <br />2. See notes on the drawings calling out alarm localion per R315 IRC. <br />3. Same for smoke alarms per R314 IRC. <br />4. Bedroom 6 is 80 sq. fl. and 7 feet minimum wide. <br />5 The ADA allows 8 bedrooms and 3 baths for a"single (amily residence" per the court ruling called out on <br />the drawings. <br />6. The scale is 1/4 inch equals one foot and is so noted on the drawings. <br />7. Bathroom and laundry are noted with 50 cfin exhaust fans. <br />8. Kitchen is noled with a 100 cfin exhaust fan. <br />9. This is a"single family dwelling" per court ruling as described on the drawings Rooms all meet the <br />minimum required areas per IRC R304.
