� � � <br />4. Bedroom 6 appears to be smaller than the minimum size (in width) for a habitable <br />room. Habitable rooins shall have a Floor area of not less than 70 sq ft. Habitable <br />rooms shall not be less than 7 feet in any horizontc! dimension. <br />5. Snohomish County records show a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The plans <br />submitted show 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The plans should show all new walls <br />that were added without permits. Use different symbols on the plan to show: existing <br />walls, new walls, and walls to be removed. Show dimensions of all rooms. <br />6. All plans shall be drawn to a standard architectural scale. Floor plans are '/a" = 1'-0" <br />scaie. Details and sections are drawn at a larger scale such as'/z" = 1'-0", 3/a" = 1'-0" <br />or larger. <br />7. Provide minimum 50 cfin exhaust fan in bathrooms and laundry room/area. Exhaust <br />fans shall be vent�d to the exterior. <br />8. Provide minimum 100 cfin exhaust fan in kitchen vented to the exterior. <br />9. The zone code restricts single family residences to one kitchen. Duplexes are allowed in <br />the zone the house is located in. A duplex requires one-hour fire-resistive construdion <br />between dwellings located in the same structure. Duplexes are also required to have a <br />living room, dining room and kitchen that meet the minimum room areas specified in <br />section R304 IRC.
