7. Full standard alley improvements are required from 25th Street to <br />26th Street includinq drainage control per City Standards per <br />ordinance 555-76 as amended. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />8. Special charqes for connection to the utility systems in <br />accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are applicable.
