e. Windows should overlook the exterior alley parking lot for <br />i.nczeased security of vehicles. <br />f. The underground parkinq lot should be security gated and the <br />walls should be painted white to help avoid car vandalism and <br />prowls. <br />g. Liqhting of the exterior and interior parking lots should be <br />a minimum of 1-2 foot candles. <br />h. Addresses should be in 5 inch letters visible from the street <br />and alley for emerqency vehicle response. <br />i. Durinq the final stages of canstruction, please contact Dick <br />Thornberry. CrimP Prevention Officer at 259-0416 for further <br />sacurity recommendations. <br />8. The City recommends that soa.e type of skylighting be provided for <br />the intsrior open court area. <br />9.
