There are plumbing fixtures z✓ithin the units which <br />are considered hazardous due to the possihility <br />of siphonage. <br />7. There is general dilapidation throughout ti.e <br />structures. <br />As owners of the properties you are responsible and liable for <br />violations noted during the inspection of these twc structures. <br />The violations on the structures at 2528 and 2532 Grand, as <br />noted above, are in direct conflict with the UniforM Housing <br />Code. Therefore, the structures may be considered substandard. <br />Your immediate attention is required in cor.recting these <br />deficiencies.
