There are plumbing fixtures within the units which <br />are considered hazardous due to the possibility <br />of siphonage. <br />7. There is general dilapidation throughout the <br />structures. <br />As owners of the properties you are responsible and liable for <br />violations noted during the inspection of these two structures. <br />The violations on the str��ctures at 2528 and 2532 Grand, as <br />noted above, are in direct conflict with the Uniform Housing <br />Code. Therefore, the structures may be considered substandard. <br />Your immediate attention is required in correcting these <br />deficiencies.
