This office must be <br />provided with an acceptable written plan of action to accomplish this by August 23,1999. This <br />written plan needs to address the Dangerous Building Abatement Code issues, the property <br />maintenance issues and the junk vehicles. Should you fail to provide an acceptable written <br />pls� of action to correct these conditions a Violation Citrtion may be issued that could <br />result in a fine and/or costs bcing assessed. If you have any questions, you may call me at <br />(425) 257-8680. <br />Work conducted to correct the Dangerous Building Abatement Code conditions may require <br />permits. Information regarding building permit application requirements, time frames and code <br />information may be obtained at 3200 Cedaz Street, second floor, or by calling (425) 257-881G <br />between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. The permit <br />requirements are mandated by the Washington State Legislature and enforced by the City of <br />Everett.
