The structure constitutes an attractive nuisance. The structure is unsecured. The doors are <br />open and the window glazing is broken. <br />2. The structure has settled unevenly and the whole structure leans to the west. <br />3. The structure has a sagging roof ridge and eaveline disrortion. <br />4. The roof is decayed, covered with moss, and portions are missing. <br />5. Shingles are missing and the interior of the garage is exposed to the elements. <br />6. The rafter ends are exposed to the weather and show signs of decay. <br />7. The siding is unpainted and the exposed wood is unprotected from the weather. <br />8. The interior contains lumber, salvage materials, dehris, and items of personal property. <br />These materials might constitute a fire hazard. <br />9. The building is unsafe for the use for which it was designed. <br />10. Tlie building is damaged to such as extent that the structural strength and stability is less that <br />the minimum requirements of the building code and the structure is lihely to partially or <br />completely collapse. <br />1 l.
