The follouing deficiencies render the <br />building to be dangerous pursuant to Section 302 of the <br />1979 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. <br />1. Portions of the building have become dislodged and <br />collapsed. <br />2. The building has become so !ilapidated and deteriorated <br />it is an attractive nuisance to children, and it <br />enaUles persons to resort thereto for the purpose of <br />committing unlawful or immoral acts. <br />3. The Uuilding exists and is maintained in violation of <br />requirements applicable to such Uui]ding p�ovided by <br />the building regulations of the City of F.verett, as <br />specified in the Housir,g Code and ordinances of this <br />city. <br />4. The building is in sucli a condition as to constitute <br />a public nuisance known to the common la�a or in <br />equity ji�risprudence. <br />The building shall be repaired in accordance with the current <br />Building Code or it shall be demolished. <br />Since the Uuilding is presently uninhabitable in it present <br />condition, it shall remain vacant until such time as the <br />building is repaired in accocdance with the current Building <br />Code or demolished. <br />If the owner elects to repair tlie Uuilding accor3ing to the <br />Buiiding Code, all permits must be secured therefor and the <br />wark physically commenced �+�ithin 30 days of the date of <br />this Order. All such work must be completed witiiin 90 days <br />of the date of this Order. <br />- 2 - <br />
