If the owner elects to demolish the building, all required <br />permits must be secured therefor within 60 days from the <br />date of this Order. Such 3emolition must be comPleted <br />within 90 days of the date of this Order. <br />VII. If the required repair or �emolition work is not commenced <br />within the time set forth in Paragraphs V and VI, the <br />Auilding Official will order the building to remain <br />vacated and to Proceed to cause the der.�o�ition to be done <br />and charge Lhe costs the'reof against the property or its <br />owner. <br />�IIi. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the <br />building may appeal from this Notice and Order to the <br />FlousinR Advisory and Appeals Board.
